The Brutal Truth Movement:

We are selfless, brave and determined activists who recognise that we are over the target and that we are dead already so we have nothing to lose by speaking the Brutal Truth. We are essentially Kamikazes in the information war.

The Brutal Truth Movement is comprised of red listed and targeted hardcore activists that put out the most critical and brutal information in response to the truth movement being steered by "politically correct", diluted truth (ie "soft activism") Delphi Technique, Consensus Creation and other such Tavistock and Common Purpose style social constraints.

Soft activism/diluted truth as a design and mechanism of social control exploits people's  fundamental tribal instincts and fear of:

1 ) rejection by the majority for being "negative, apocalyptic and depressing" by telling the brutal truth rather than easier to digest dilutions of it, mis/disinfo etc...

2 ) repercussions/dire consequences  and others such as electronic behaviour modification, torture, incapacitation and assassination with advanced and withheld science, technology, mind control etc...

Designed in the agencies of social control and the shadows above government, this "politically correct", "socially acceptable", "positive",  “peaceful”, "Love n' Lighty" community control is perpetrated with tried and proven precision by eager, misguided and/or malicious gatekeepers/facilitators managed by a higher level ‘intelligence’ idiot. 

The perpetrators are not just hopeful people that are trying to remain positive while making the world a better place, people afraid to scare off those new to the globalist conspiracy or people who cannot understand and handle the brutality of our current reality. They’re usually psychopathic and eager aspiring agents of social control within or cranked out of political science, political thought, law, law enforcement, psychology, social psychology and philosophy classes and the co-opted "social justice" collectives in densely populated and *heavily funded* and controlled universities, colleges and other "higher learning" institutions.

Their existence is yet another example of the complete control exercised over anything of significance by the ruthless ruling group who intend to stay on top of the social pyramid as they have for thousands of years.

Examples of diluted truth/soft activism include but are in no way limited to:

- 1) the threat posed by 'smart'meter is merely things like price gouging, invasion of privacy and the little/short bursts of harmful radiation going from house to house, then up to a tower rather than it being installed aggressively worldwide as an integral upgrade/component of the genocidal technetronic grid. 

- 2) that Monsanto's poisonous patents,  pesticides and GMO's are bad for you (even that they kill) rather than stating that they are an integral part of globalist weaponised, synergistic food, chemical, biological and genetic warfare, Codex Alimentarius (“Food Rules”), Article 200, Agenda 21, etc - in short that Monsanto is a major component of the military - industrial complex and that their poisons, products, lobby, subsequent legislation and GMOs = GENOCIDE

3) that 'geoengineering/chemtrails HAARP is "weather modification" (and even control) - possibly to "protect us" from 'global warming' or even make us sick due to the Wall Street connection/lobby rather than stating clearly that it being used aggressively worldwide as an integral component of genocidal globalist complex and synergistic warfare and weaponised aerosol - electromagnetic delivery systems, being:

- i )  toxic, carcinogenic and radioactive aerosolised aluminium and metal oxides, hot particles, etc...

- ii ) chemical, biological and advanced biological and genetic - technetronic warfare, 

- iii ) nano - bio - polymer warfare, 'smart'dust, quantum dots, microswitches, nano transmitting, receiving and control systems. Aerosol - electromagnetic warfare, advanced biological and genetic  - technetronic warfare for population reduction and control and bio - technological/technetronic enslavement

- iv ) tectonic and weather warfare currently being used to kill off Humanity, Mother Earth, Her creatures and ecosystems. It is about culling the ‘surplus population’ and killing off and controlling everything critical to the world's food supply.

There are many, many more examples, of course. 

Soft activism and outright mis & disinformation is what allows these soft ‘truthers’ to get large audiences/numbers of hits while those of us that recognise the urgency posed by and thus expose the most critical threats and aspects of the diabolical globalist agenda are being electronically censored, sabotaged and attacked via the technetronic grid.

With increasing frequency hardcore activists, dissidents whistle blowers, investigative reporters and otherwise targeted individuals, groups, administrations and populations are being irradiated, microwaved, lobotomised with psychotronic frequencies, tortured, physically and mentally incapacitated and assassinated (as per NDAA) with no regard for due process of Natural Law, Human, Charter and Constitutional Rights, the Geneva Convention etc.

Clearly history is repeating, but with much more dire consequences due to the advanced and withheld technology. To be clear here, more people are about to die here on Earth than ever before in human history – badly.

Despite the resistance and repercussions the Brutal Truth Movement is necessary to expose this control of the flow of the most critical information about the world's leading critical threats to the majority as that control is one of those most critical threats in itself.

There is a list of topics which, when communicating the most critical aspects of them, generates the greatest electronic/technetronic response, indicative of the covert and domestic use of electromagnetic weaponry for political control.

Those topics include, but are in no way limited to telling the Brutal Truth about the suppression of the flow of brutal truth to the majority as the Globalists dumb and bring down the population and bring in their diabolical WWIII, Global Domination, Population Reduction and Bio - Technological/Technetronic Enslavement Agenda. This is covert domestic use of directed energy weapons and advanced and withheld science, technology and mediSIN for political control including but in no way limited to:

- i)  chemtrails/HAARP = Globalist Genocide

- ii) the use of private "security" contractors like Blackwater => Xe => Academi, KBR, Halliburton and military contractors like the Carlyle Group, Raytheon, Monsanto, Dow Chemical, Krupp –  too many to list

- iii) False Flag Terror Attacks, Psyops, coup D’etats, on line astroturf and on and off line controlled opposition groups and other such techniques and mechanisms of perception management

- iv) the poisoning of our water supply with flouride, toxic and radioactive particles, Fukushima, tailings, acids, water war crimes/water wars etc. – all occurring with the complicity of our government, Jewdiciary and regulatory agencies

- v)  fracking and other genocidal "power" corporations' activities

- vi) Corexit, Phosgene, other toxic chemical assaults on the environment and acts of ecoterrorism

- vii) GMO's Poisonous chemicals in food and the blatant use of Monsanto and DOW Chemical etc (as in previous wars) as major manufacturers/component of the globalist military - industrial complex

- viii) Pharmaceuticals, vaccinations as WMDs/Murder By Injection, the Medical Mafia, medical - 'legal' - 'insurance' fraud and racketeering, etc...

- ix) Rothschild CounterFIAT Currency, fraud, embezzlement, Ponzi and insider trading schemes, the global economic collapse, bankster bailouts, seizure of citizen’s social security pensions, assets and savings accounts, etc.

- x)  the complete weaponisation and control of all information,  technology, the Hollywood, teLIEviSION, music and gaming industries which in concert with the technetronic grid and weaponised education make up the mind control matrix and everything else of human significance

- xi) Weaponised religious and political ideologies and their divide and conquer rule in the diabolical WWIII, Global Domination, Population Reduction and Bio - Technological/Technetronic Enslavement Agenda: Weaponised Jewry/Zionism/Jesuits/Catholicism/Christianity etc... as well as 'National' Left - Right and Geo political Communism/Socialism/Capitolism Paradigms - all cases in point.

- xii) weaponised and exploited language, national, cultural/ethnic, social, sexual and even the inherent differences between us all as individuals

- xii) Indigenous genocide, ritual residential school and institutional sexual, physical, emotional, cultural and Spiritual abuse, torture, murder, surgical and pharmaceutical experimentation, sterilization, eugenics and the most horrific forms of social engineering in human history.

- xiii) the complete control of our power structure through satanic secret societies, fraternities, Old Boy’s Clubs, shadow government and non governmental organisations (NGOs) – all with a hidden hierarchy/allegiance to the foreign power and all controlled through the dirty secrets bond as they advance through the hierarchy. This is the world’s leading terrorist and criminal organisation – the ruthless ruling group I refer to daily as I attempt to expose them to a significant audience with the intention to form true resistance to tyranny, genocide and bio – technological enslavement and what is to soon be the “Hot” stage of WWIII.

The list is larger of course, but that gives you a clearer picture of how this works. Essentially putting out the brutal truth about any significant NWO topic and critical threat will get us classified and processed. Explaining how rifts are designed in advance and both exploited and orchestrated between us really gets them hopping. For instance, when I typed this document out on this computer it heated up (microwave emissions) and slowed right down, I lost control of my cursor, keys and commands and my mind became limited due to an increase in psychotronic frequencies and microwave targeting through the technetronic grid limiting my ability to continue or edit this document.

It is long enough as it is and I am grateful to have been able to show this electronic behaviour modification in action – from an intimate perspective. 

For all children everywhere, in an effort to combat global tyranny, genocide and the biological and genetic - technological destruction and enslavement of Humanity we must be willing to pay the highest price or the world's leading criminal and terrorist organisation will become our human legacy here on Earth and in the multiverse at Large.

Depleted uranium: a 4.5 billion year threat to Iraq

Our concept of the consequences of war is of shelled buildings, barren lands and disfigured men. We rarely think of malformed children, stillborn babies and raging cancers – although these are the worse consequences of war.

War-torn countries produce war-torn children. War-torn children are the ingredients of war-torn societies. The greatest harm war can render to a community is the damage done to its kids.

We have all heard of club-footed Japanese babies and the leukemia of Sadako Sasaki of the ‘Thousand Paper Cranes’ fame, caused by radiation from the 1945 nuclear bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. We all remember the chemical attacks on Halabja and the sharp increase in birth defects and fetal losses that followed. But perhaps a less familiar source of post-war agony is depleted uranium (DU). Iraq and its people have been exposed to DU from military weaponry since 1991.

Depleted uranium is the byproduct of the uranium enrichment process used to make nuclear fuel. It contains three times less U-235 isotope than natural uranium. Even though DU is about 60-75% as radioactive as natural uranium, it has been observed that DU is very toxic and has potential long-term health effects due to its long half-life which is estimated at around 4.5 billion years. Dr. Rosalie Bertell, an environmental epidemiologist, says “The damage [caused by DU] is due to the length of time of the exposure more than the strength of the source.”

Depleted uranium has a mass of 19,050 kg/m³ and is 1.67 times denser than lead. Because of its high density, DU is valued for certain civilian and military purposes. It is used as counterweight in aircrafts and as protective material in radioactive settings. It is also used in ammunition and armors. Depleted uranium can penetrate armors, ignite on impact, and protect against normal bullets because of its high density. At impact, 20% of a DU penetrator’s mass turns into dust and can contaminate miles of land.

About 18 countries make use of DU in their military equipment as it is relatively cheap and readily available. The United States has used DU in its military equipment since the 1970s, contaminating Iraq in the 1991 Gulf War and again in the 2003 Operation Iraqi Freedom. In the Gulf War, 375 tons of DU ammunitions were used. In OIF, more than 2200 tons were used a year into the war.

Research conducted since 1990 indicate that exposure to depleted uranium can affect the function of the organs – including the brain, liver, kidney, and heart – in addition to causing genetic, reproductive, and neurological problems. And reports of high birth defect rates have always followed DU usage, especially in areas where DU munitions have been fired.

Malformed babies

DU results in dreadfully malformed babies. Anyone who browses Google Images for “depleted uranium” will either baulk at the images of hideously misshapen babies or have nightmares for the rest of the week.

During the Gulf War, Iraqi and American troops in the city of Basra received a total whole body radioactive dosage of 442-577 millisievert (mSv): the “recommended” yearly dosage is 1 mSv. In 2001, veterans of the Gulf War were reported to have about 14 times more chromosomal and DNA abnormalities in their genes and they had 220% more risk of having children with congenital malformations than their non-veteran peers. In 2004, another study showed that the risk of Gulf War male veterans having children with malformations was 50% higher than for non-veterans. It was also reported that even eight years after their brief exposure to DU in the Gulf War, US troops still had traces of DU in their semen and 100 times the “recommended” amount of uranium in their urine. Today, a third of the 1991 Gulf War veterans receive VA Disability Benefits. The damage was so immense that it is now referred to as the “Gulf War Syndrome”.

Reports from doctors in Iraq show that birth defects have increased by 2-6 times and that some types of cancer are 3-12 times more frequently seen since 1991. The Lancet, the world’s leading general medical journal, published a report in 1998 stating that around the world about 500 children die everyday as a result of Iraqi warfare, and that the mortality rate among Iraqi children under age 5 has increased from 2.3% in 1989 to 16.6% in 1993. In 2001, a decade after the Gulf War, doctors in Basra, one of the most contaminated cities in Iraq, reported sharp increases in the rate of congenital malformations at birth. 18 out of 1,000 children were born with some kind of defect. Doctors also reported a horrible new trend: mothers after labor no longer ask for the gender of their infants, but whether they are “normal or not.” This trend is likely to continue and become more frequent as the very genes of the exposed may have been damaged and the DU dust remains present.

Dr. Chris Busby, a British radiation expert, says:

“I’m horrified. The people out there – the Iraqis, the media and the troops – risk the most appalling ill health. And the radiation from depleted uranium can travel literally anywhere. It’s going to destroy the lives of thousands of children, all over the world. We all know how far radiation can travel”.

This radiation expert expresses his concern for troops, reporters, and Iraqis who might have been contaminated by Depleted Uranium in the Iraq war.

Six years into OIF, Dr. Busby and two other researchers conducted a survey in Fallujah, the most contaminated city in Iraq, and concluded that infant mortality has risen to 8%. In Fallujah, the incidence rate of leukemia had increased 38 times and breast cancer in females 10 times by 2009. Shockingly, these figures are higher than the ones reported in Hiroshima and Nagasaki after 1945.

In the world of politics, depleted uranium is a very sensitive subject. In 1996-1997, UN Human Rights Tribunals labeled the use of DU for military purposes as a violation of the Geneva Convention and marked DU munitions as weapons of mass destruction. Dozens of humanitarian organizations, like the Campaign Against Depleted Uranium (CADU), and documentary movies, like Poison DUst, raise awareness about the dangers of DU.

‘Crime against humanity’

Grave accusations were leveled against the coalition forces during the Gulf War and later during the Iraq War, and the propriety of many of their actions has been brought into question. Human rights activists around the world condemn the American and British occupation forces for using DU. One American veteran says American use of DU is “a crime against humanity which may, in the eyes of historians, rank with the worst atrocities of all time. [Iraq Military Veterans] are on DU death row, waiting to die.” This ex-soldier speaks for the quarter million US and UK troops who are now gravely ill allegedly because of DU exposure.

To avoid pressure from the UN and humanitarian organizations, the US, UK, and other coalition forces have refused to release specific information about the amounts and types of DU they used in Iraq. The US government’s Veterans Administration maintains that the Gulf War Syndrome is caused by the biological and chemical effects of the oil fields in Southern Iraq and, in one instance, it blocked an experiment by Dr. Asaf Durakovic.

This professor of radiology and nuclear medicine exposed a group of dogs to depleted uranium in an experiment and found that 84% of the dogs died of lung cancer. Dr. Durakovic concluded:

“Uranium does cause cancer, uranium does cause mutation, and uranium does kill. If we continue with the irresponsible contamination of the biosphere, and denial of the fact that human life is endangered by the deadly isotope uranium, then we are doing disservice to ourselves, disservice to the truth, disservice to God and to all generations who follow”.

By blocking controversial experiments like Dr Durakovic’s, the militaries of the superpowers communicate to us that they have an interest in continuing to use depleted uranium and will revert to force if necessary.

Even though in public the US Veterans Administration denies the dangers of DU, they privately acknowledge them. A leaked US administration report in 1995 purportedly admits the dangers of DU but states that the issue “must be viewed in perspective.” The report acknowledges that the cost of repairing the damage done would be “excessive.” They are just not ready to pay for the mistakes made.

Time to act

Even with all the research and international fuss about DU, most Iraqis are still ignorant concerning the subject of DU. But, just as someone walking with blindfolds cannot be sure that he will never hit a wall, we cannot be sure that we will never be affected by DU. Just because most of us have not yet fallen victim to DU does not mean it won’t happen. DU is patient: it can strike anytime during its 4.5-billion-year-stay.

What does it take for us to start worrying about DU contamination in Iraq? Do we all need get lung cancer and have malformed babies before we start to care?

Unless we start caring, we will all eventually suffer the deadly consequences of DU contamination, and mortality and birth defect rates will keep rising at a steady pace for the next 4.5 billion years.

Each and every one of us, as inhabitants of this land, is entitled to a share in the responsibility for decontaminating it and spreading awareness about the dangers of DU.

We should also work to:

• secure the banning of DU for military purposes
• convince the US military to submit necessary data about the types, amounts, and locations of all DU expenditures in Iraq
• cooperate with foreign organizations (like the Preemptive Love Coalition that works to provide life-saving heart surgeries for kids who have been born with heart defects, some allegedly from exposure to DU)
• assist local doctors in providing best medical treatment to victims of DU warfare
• allow the UN and humanitarian organizations to do extensive research about lingering DU effects in Iraq and find out if the damage done to the victims can be reversed.

But perhaps the first thing we need to do is to change our concept of the consequences of war from shelled buildings to malformed children.

Remember the odd “rain” that left Chico’s cars streaked with brown ash-like residue? What follows is MRG’s report from Marla Crites and Betty Credit:

 The Weather Event of May 14, 2012

 

In the words of one of our members who was awake during the night of the strange rain…

 “It was called rain, however, myself, my son, and others I have spoken to, did not feel the wetness of the drops. The water seemed to dissipate at touch. At 2:30 a.m., my son woke me up to tell me of the powder that had covered my car. At the time, I thought it was pollen from the trees, blown off from the rain. However, upon morning, I definitely had questions about what had actually happened the night prior. My car, and all others I saw in my immediate area, were covered with a tan-colored light ash. It was such a fine powder; yet, I could not drive my car without washing my window. One of the creepiest experiences was driving to the store. Every car I passed, that had obviously been exposed was covered with the same thing. Then, to top things off, I had to go to the car wash to clean my car, because it looked like it was covered in volcanic ash!! When I got to the car wash, there was a line of cars that was unprecedented. Every car was covered with the same thing. By the time I exited the wash, the cars in line were uncountable. No explanation, no one seemed bothered by this ‘EVENT’.”

 Adding to her description: Each car was not only covered in a fine tan powder, but there were often streaks through the powder as if made by water. The “ash” was not easy to scrape off the windshields, but I managed to obtain several samples for testing.

 The Official Explanation

The Enterprise Record newspaper ran a story the next day in which Anthony Watts, longtime local meteorologist, was interviewed. He surmised that agricultural activity had raised a great deal of dust which an updraft carried to the upper atmosphere from where it fell as the “brown rain”. It is true that plumes of dust did rise as farmers worked the dry fields. (although this happens every year) I enquired of the Air Quality Board and the Public Health Environmental people as to what they thought had caused this strange event. They all lined up behind Anthony’s explanation and had no plans to test any of the resulting powder.

 

Chico Sky Watch Tests

A ranch manager in Durham tasted (yes!) the powder, said it was vile and not dirt or pollen. A CSW member poured purified water on her solar panel, caught it at the bottom in a clean bowl, and took it to Basic Lab. Results were 52,000 ppb aluminum, 480 barium and 413 strontium. To put these numbers in perspective, aluminum should be 0.5 ppb and 1,000 ppb is the EPA Maximum Contaminant Level and Mandatory Action Level. There should be no barium or strontium in rain. So these numbers are exceedingly and alarmingly high.

We sent a sample of the powder to Larry Meyer in Oregon who cultured it and sent the growths on to Pro-Lab in Florida. Results were that 6 different, not uncommon molds were present. The molds are known to cause asthma, hay fever and allergies. Links to both lab reports follow.

 Unanswered Questions:

1.   Is there any way to distinguish natural soil based aluminum from the aluminum oxide that is a component of aerosol spray?

2.   How likely is it that dust from farming activities would account for the 52K ppb in the rain?

3.   How abnormal for rainfall is the type and amount of molds identified by Pro-Lab?

4.   Is there mold in “normal” rainwater?

Chico Rain Lab Report

Recently, Morgellons Research Group (MRG) received an interesting specimen from Chico Skywatch, collected from a most unusual rainstorm which fell over a sizable area of Butte County, California. Marla Crites of Chico Skywatch in submitting the specimen wrote that “brown rain” had fallen on this locale on May 14, 2012.

MRG performed a microscopic examination/photography of the brown finely granular sample and placed a portion in agar to observe what might grow. The resulting “bloom” was sent to our laboratory for identification. Six varieties of fungal material were identified.

Dr. Richie Shoemaker, MD of Pocomoke, Maryland, in his book MOLD WARRIORS, states that there is evidence several fungal varieties that may have been “weaponized”.

The Second Collection Sent to the Lab

On June 28th, I used a clean petri dish to capture the first five raindrops to fall that day at my location on the Oregon Coast. Agar was added and a bloom began within a day. Shown is one of several varieties of Fungus from that rain:

Six (6) species of Fungi and One (1) yeast were found in both of these samples:

Cladophialophora was found in Portland, Oregon

For comparison, one can see that a mixture of these could be devastating, not only to crops, ocean life but human life as well. How did these spores and mycelia come together and form a brown rain? Yellow rain is very similar.  Red rain is from an algae.

Spores of Cladosporium spp. probably occur more abundantly worldwide than any other spore type and are the dominant airborne spores in many areas, especially in temperate climates. (1, 2, 3, 4) Although C. cladosporioides may be the most prevalent airborne species, C. herbarum frequently dominates indoor and outdoor air and is a major source of fungal inhalant allergens. (3, 5)There are about 500 species of Cladosporium. Many are saprophytic on plant litter.

C. herbarum is widely distributed in our environment and is a major source of fungal inhalant allergen. (4) C. herbarum is one of the most common environmental fungi to be isolated worldwide. It occurs abundantly on fading or dead leaves of herbaceous and woody plants, as a secondary invader on necrotic leaf spots, and has frequently been isolated from air, foodstuffs, paints, textiles, humans and numerous other substrates. It is also known to occur on old carpophores of mushrooms and other fungi and as a common endophyte, especially in temperate regions. Under favourable climatic conditions C. herbarum also germinates and grows as an epiphyte on the surface of green, healthy leaves. (6)

Cladosporium is the genera most frequently encountered in both outdoor and indoor air. It is frequently found in elevated levels in water-damaged environments. Cladosporium is one of the molds that cause the most allergy symptoms, producing a positive skin reaction in allergy-sensitive individuals. In certain people, a high concentration of mold is not needed to trigger a reaction. Those most at risk to develop allergic reactions are infants, children, pregnant women, and the elderly.

II.  Epicoccum, the second Fungi found in Brown Rain (Examples)

A.  Fungus of the Month: Epicoccum – By Dawne Yates

Epicoccum (phonetic: Epp-ee-cock-um) is a very common fungus that is an early secondary invader on all sorts of plants, particularly damaged plant tissue, and is often found on leaf spots with other fungi. It has been isolated from air, moldy paper, plant materials, animals, insects, foodstuffs, textiles, soil, and occasionally occurs in house dust. It is mostly saprophytic (obtaining food from dead or decaying organic matter), or weakly parasitic. It is ubiquitous in nature (found everywhere) and is commonly found in outdoor air. It is known to be very resistant to changes in water activity; having been known to resume growth after long periods of drying.

Spores are produced very quickly and our MoldRange™ data shows the highest recovery rate, of about 30% to 35%, in the summer and the lowest recovery rate, of about 10% to 15%, in the winter. See Figure 2 below.

Morphology

In culture, Epicoccum is fast growing on general fungal media, and produces colonies which are woolly and/or downy in appearance. Colony colors include yellow, orange, red or brown. As the colony ages they usually become darker and black dots (spores growing on colonies) may be observed on the colony surface. These are tufts of hyphae that are cushion-shaped, non-convoluted and are called sporodochium (a cushion-like mass of conidiophores, conidia and conidiogenous cells produced above the substrate).

When observed on spore trap samples, immature Epicoccum spores may look round, non-septate, and may be pale in color, whereas when they are mature, can appear rough, warty-looking and brown to black in color, with both transverse and oblique septa, which makes them resemble a soccer ball. The broad attachment area at the base is often visible. Mature spores are most commonly 15-25 µm in diameter, but are also seen smaller and much larger (up to 50 µm diameter). Intact spores are distinctive, however young immature spores may be confused with Ulocladium, Stemphylium or possibly Alternaria. On a tape lift, Epicoccum is easily distinguishable providing the growth is mature enough to include the conidiophores and conidia.

Health Effects

     B.  Non-Food Allergy — fungus, Epicoccum

An Epicoccum fungus allergy is an adverse reaction by the body’s immune system to spores produced by a fungus called Epicoccum. Epicoccum tends to be found in grassland and agricultural areas. Symptoms tend to occur in a seasonal pattern as spore production by molds tends to increase and decrease with changes in seasons.      C.  Epicoccum Purpurascens

Epicoccum is a dematiaceous mitosporic mould widely distributed and commonly isolated from air, soil and foodstuff. It is found also in some animals and textiles. It is the common causative agent of leaf spots of various plants. The genus Epicoccum contains a single species, Epicoccum purpurascens.

Epicoccum grows rapidly and produces woolly to cottony or felty colonies on potato dextrose agar at 25?C. From the front, the colonies are yellow to orange, orange to red or pink initially and become greenish brown to black by aging. From the reverse, the same color is observed but is usually more intense than in the front view. Epicoccum may produce a diffusable pigment which turns the color of the inoculated medium to yellow, orange, red or brown. Black dots (100-2000 ?m in diameter) may be observed macroscopically on the colony surface. These are the tufts of hyphae which have conidiophores on their surface. Summary

In order to determine the presence of Fusarium spp. in atmospheric dust and rainfall dust, samples were collected during September 2007, and July, August, and October 2008. The results reveal the prevalence of airborne Fusarium species coming from the atmosphere of the South East coast of Spain. Five different Fusarium species were isolated from the settling dust: Fusarium oxysporum, F. solani, F. equiseti, F. dimerum, and F. proliferatum. Moreover, rainwater samples were obtained during significant rainfall events in January and February 2009. Using the dilution-plate method, 12 fungal genera were identified from these rainwater samples. Specific analyses of the rainwater revealed the presence of three species of Fusarium: F. oxysporum, F. proliferatum and F. equiseti. A total of 57 isolates of Fusarium spp. obtained from both rainwater and atmospheric rainfall dust sampling were inoculated onto melon (Cucumis melo L.) cv. Piñonet and tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) cv. San Pedro. These species were chosen because they are the main herbaceous crops in Almeria province. The results presented in this work indicate strongly that spores or propagules of Fusarium are able to cross the continental barrier carried by winds from the Sahara (Africa) to crop or coastal lands in Europe. Results show differences in the pathogenicity of the isolates tested. Both hosts showed root rot when inoculated with different species of Fusarium, although fresh weight measurements did not bring any information about the pathogenicity. The findings presented above are strong indications that long-distance transmission of Fusarium propagules may occur. Diseases caused by species of Fusarium are common in these areas. They were in the past, and are still today, a problem for greenhouses crops in Almería, and many species have been listed as pathogens on agricultural crops in this region. Saharan air masses dominate the Mediterranean regions. The evidence of long distance dispersal of Fusarium spp. by atmospheric dust and rainwater together with their proved pathogenicity must be taken into account in epidemiological studies.

VII.    Yeast Cells and conversion to myclial (fungal) form depending on Temperature

A.  Yeast converts to Fungi

“The fungal infection taught me many different things. I discovered a two slide culture technique that allowed me to observe the conversion of yeast cells to a mycelial form that developed as the yeast cells cooled to room temperature. This culture method gave me ample opportunity to watch the mycelial growth. I also recorded interactions among my immune cells and the infecting yeast cells by examining stained slides of fresh sputum samples.

In this report, I have included a description of the 2 slide culture and a collection of photomicrographs that I took over several months.  The medical care I received was disappointing. I am concerned for others who develop this infection. It is unlikely that they will be diagnosed. See my reflections on an illness.

The following photomicrograph show white, unstained yeast cells of different sizes and dark stained lymphocytes that often attach to yeast cells. In other slides, dense clusters of macrophages and neutrophils are also seen. The immune defense involves the coordinated attack of different cell types with different jobs. The yeast cells are apparently difficult to kill.”

My lymphocytes (with dark stained nuclei) attacking blastomycosis cells 1000 X Fresh sputum sample. One giant yeast cell is obvious, other small, recently budded yeast cells are more numerous.

     B.    Title : Saccharomyces  (yeast)

 

X1000     Text :  A large group of single celled yeast are shown here. Yeast is an ascomycete, but it reproduces almost exclusively by asexual reproduction (budding). Each cell just divides in two. This genus of yeast is used for baking (it makes the carbon dioxide that helps dough to rise) and also beer and wine making (in anaerobic conditions yeast produces alcohol).
