The most important part of this video is when he explains that HIS position at the FAA leaves him in charge of ALL airspace over the continent. My question then is:  Why is he or his replacement as the head of the FAA allowing the continued spraying of toxic chemical cocktails in our atmosphere.



Further research on who is responsible for the spraying is being done now.
